• Microwave
    Steaming your salmon couldn’t be easier, or more delicious.

    1. Cut soft film around salmon fillet to remove from pouch and place on a microwave-safe baking sheet
    2. Shake seasoning pouch to make sure contents flow freely and sprinkle over salmon. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, press to adhere.
    3. Microwaves on high for 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 45 seconds. Be sure an internal temperature of 145° is reached. Enjoy!

  • Bake
    For a more traditional prep, cook Rebel Fish in the oven. No mess. No fuss.

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Cut away soft film from tray; remove salmon and place on a non-stick or foil-lined baking sheet. Discard extra liquid in pouch.
    3. Shake seasoning pouch to make sure contents flow freely and sprinkle over salmon. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, press to adhere seasonings to fish.
    4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through (internal temperature of 145°), and flakes easily. Enjoy!

  • Stovetop
    Keeping it simple? Try out this simple stovetop method.

    1. Cut soft film around salmon to remove from pouch by cutting the soft film around the filet. Discard extra liquid in pouch.
    2. Shake ½ of the seasoning pouch to make sure seasoning flows freely and sprinkle over salmon. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, press to adhere seasonings to fish.
    3. Over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a large non-stick saute pan.
    4. Turn heat down to medium-low. Add salmon to pan, seasoning side up. Cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes covered.
    5. Flip salmon and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Cook for 4-5 more minutes or until an internal temperature of 145° is reached.

  • Grill
    It’s time to fire up that grill.

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
    2. Cut soft film around salmon to remove from pouch by cutting the soft film around the filet. Discard extra liquid in pouch.
    3. Shake seasoning pouch to make sure seasoning flows freely and sprinkle over salmon. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, press to adhere.
    4. Clean grill grates then brush with oil. Place salmon, seasoning side up, on the grill, cover or close lid. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
    5. Move salmon to indirect heat and continue to cook, covered, for an additional 3-4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through (internal temperature of 145°), and flakes easily. Enjoy!
